What is a simple applicant tracking system (ATS)?
An ATS (applicant tracking system) gathers the applications you receive and helps you sort them. Plugply keeps what matters for a small business: your jobs, an application form on your website, and application tracking by status, with no setup or training required.
Which websites does Plugply work with?
Framer sites for now, through the Plugply Plugin: your jobs become pages of your site and the application form goes on them in one click. Other CMSs will follow.
Do candidates need to create an account?
No. They apply directly on your website: name, email, CV and, if they wish, a cover letter and a message.
Where are applications hosted?
In France, with OVHcloud. The CV goes straight from the candidate's browser to our storage: it never passes through your website's host. Every file is scanned by an antivirus.
Who is responsible for candidates' data?
Your company, as the data controller. Plugply processes the data on your behalf, as a processor, under the data processing agreement (DPA) accepted at sign-up. Applications are deleted automatically at the end of the retention period you choose, from 6 to 24 months.
What happens at the end of the free trial?
If you subscribe, nothing changes. Otherwise, the form on your website stops accepting applications and the back office becomes read-only: your data is kept, and everything is available again as soon as you subscribe. The trial lasts 14 days and requires no credit card.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes. The subscription is monthly with no commitment: cancellation takes effect at the end of the current month, from the Subscription page of the back office.
