Privacy policy
This policy explains what data Plugply processes, why, for how long and how to exercise your rights. It distinguishes three situations: you are visiting this website, you are using the service to recruit, or you have applied to a customer company.
This English version is provided for convenience. In case of discrepancy, the French version prevails: Politique de confidentialité.
1. Who is responsible for your data?
For website visitors and service users, the controller is Mickael Peyrot, French sole trader (entrepreneur individuel), publisher of Plugply, Lieu-dit Beauvoir, 07300 Saint-Jean-de-Muzols, France, who can be contacted at contact@plugply.com.
For candidates, the controller is the company you applied to; Plugply processes your data on its behalf (section 4).
2. You are visiting plugply.com
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising tools. Like any web server, it records technical logs (IP address, date, page requested, browser), used solely for the security and proper functioning of the website, on the basis of our legitimate interest. They are kept for 14 days.

4. You have applied to a company
When you apply using the Plugply form on a company's website, that company decides how your application is used: it is the controller. Plugply hosts and processes your application on its behalf, under a data processing agreement.
- Data: last name, first name, email, phone number, CV, cover letter and message if you provide them, job applied for, date of your consent, and the company's follow-up of your application.
- Purpose: reviewing your application and contacting you again about this recruitment.
- Retention: depending on the company's setting, 6, 12, 18 or 24 months after you apply, followed by automatic deletion. The period is shown in the form.
- Security: your files are sent directly to our storage in France, without passing through the host of the company's website, and are scanned by antivirus software.
- Your rights: contact the company, whose contact details appear in the form. If you write to Plugply, we forward your request to the company without delay.
5. Recipients and processors
The data is accessible only to the people who need it, and to the following providers, bound by contract to confidentiality and security:
- OVH SAS (OVHcloud), hosting and storage, in France;
- Sendinblue SAS (Brevo), sending emails, in France and in the European Union;
- Stripe Payments Europe Ltd, subscription payment, in Ireland; certain transfers outside the European Union are governed by standard contractual clauses.
6. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability regarding your data. Write to contact@plugply.com: we reply within one month. If you consider that your rights are not being respected, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL (French data protection authority) (www.cnil.fr).
